- Our registration fees are refundable if the order is canceled within the first day of registration only
- The student has to pay a guarantee fee to join the institute and it is only refunded in case of refusal
- If the student decides to cancel his studies after obtaining the visa, no money will be returned
- if we lose communication with the student for a period of 3 months during the course of the academic registration procedures and he does not communicate with us, the procedure is considered canceled and no financial value will be returned.
- The student must bring a copy of the ticket reservation a week before the travel, otherwise Sindbad will not be able to confirm the residence
